Food & Drink
We prepare everything fresh and homemade – from the salad dressing to our famous Wiener Schnitzel and the Salzburger Nockerl. Because good things take time, preparing an original Kaiserschmarrn can easily take half an hour. We place great value on the best quality and ideal origin of our ingredients. Austrian breadcrumbs are just as essential as our house wine, specially made together with an Austrian winemaker.

Fresh products, finely processed and cooked to the point – that is the minimum of our standard. Combined and redefined, they come together in our menu to form unique delicacies. For this we work with partners from the region and from Austria.

About us
A new chapter, familiar hospitality. Since the end of 2025, the Quellenhof has been run by Giovanni Rizzo and your long-standing, much-loved host Hannes Mandl has remained with the house. With his warmth, his experience and his closeness to the guests, he continues to welcome you just the way you love it.
And right now, in the loveliest of summers, he is especially looking forward to welcoming you on our beautiful terrace in the heart of Rapperswil’s old town. Enjoy our Austrian-Swiss classics in the open air, freshly prepared, together with a glass of our own house wine. We look forward to seeing you.

Your tasks:
- Looking after your own table/station area in à la carte service
- Ensuring a first-class service standard
- Advising guests on food, drinks and wines
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team for a smooth operation
Your profile:
- At least 4 years of experience in à la carte service
- German as a native language essential, perfect command of German
- Passion for the profession and joy in looking after guests

Under the new management of the restaurant, vouchers can be requested and ordered from now on. They continue to offer the opportunity to give the gift of enjoyment and shared time, and can be redeemed according to the currently valid conditions.
Giving enjoyment and time is very easy. Order your gift voucher online here. Decide whether you would like to collect and pay for the voucher directly at the restaurant or whether we may send it to you by post. The amount is freely selectable.
